First light over a quiet valley

We exist to help Christian CEOs build flourishing companies so people experience Jesus.

What we believe

Organizations are the last communities of proximity in western civilization.

At church
1 hour together

Most churches consider it a win when people meet for an hour a week outside of Sunday for small group.

At work
40 hours together

You have forty hours with a group of people, on mission, with real challenges and obstacles, striving to be better.

This is what every church dreams of having. You already have it.

The soil is rich for people to flourish and experience Jesus. The gospel impact available to a Christian CEO or leader is staggering.

We believe stewardship begins with the people entrusted to you.

Generous giving to churches, non-profits, and other faithful organizations is incredible — and yet, we fundamentally believe God is asking you to steward your team first.

It's 10x harder, messier, and often riskier — but that's the invitation God is calling you into.

We believe praxis is the hard part.

You've heard the keynotes, read the books, listened to the podcasts. Inspiration comes easy.

It's sitting down to discern and navigate how to fire well where belief is truly in action. This is where we want to exist.

We believe profit creates room.

Profitable organizations create space and margin for more fruitful, redemptive, purposeful conversations and practices. Without margin, every conversation is about survival.

We don't chase profitability, we simply recognize the oxygen is creates to allow a team to flourish.

We believe teams can flourish.

When the beliefs, models, and practices run on wisdom grounded in Scripture, a team can experience tremendous health.

These aren't just statements written on a wall, they are deeply integrated into the way you operate and foundation you lead from.

We believe the gospel is meant to be experienced, not just explained.

In how you hire, in how you handle conflict, in how you let someone go, in how you deal with power.

The gospel shows up in how work is done.

We believe curiosity opens the door.

When your team gets curious about why work is done the way it is, redemptive conversations start on their own.

We redeem work that cultivates curiosity — in hopes that your team experiences the gospel.

Who does this work

We are practitioners.

Every consultant at Good Coaching Company has led inside an organization. We've built teams, set compensation, navigated conflict, hired well and poorly, fired beloved team members, struggled with pride and power, and navigated anxiety through seasons of success and failure. We follow Jesus, seek His wisdom, invite His Spirit, and daily desire to love and be loved by Him. We limit ourselves to two partnerships at a time — never more — so we can truly co-labor alongside you.

I started Good Coaching Co because I believe Christian CEOs and leaders have the greatest opportunity to further the Kingdom. As a former pastor, I know far too many churches that rarely ever consider how to equip business leaders to lead profitable organization and integrate biblical principles into their organization so people can experience Jesus. My hope is our team can come alongside you and build your organization in such a way that the gospel can be tangibly experienced by your team. What a profound way to steward the Kingdom!
