This is for a particular kind of leader. Maybe you.

Each of our partnership are built on trust. So before we commit to each other, we want to ensure there's alignment. We believe we can serve you best if there are five things true about you.

A still pond with one set of ripples spreading outward

We're built for you if these five things are true.

01

You follow Jesus.

Biblically grounded, faithful, and clear that the most important thing you can do is abide in Him.

02

You lead a profitable company.

Your doing $10M or more in revenue, have healthy cash flow for industry, and are intentional about stewarding finances.

03

You want your team to experience the gospel.

In the way work is done: how you hire, pay, correct, promote, decide, and let go. This is praxis in action.

04

You're willing to invite us into the most vulnerable spaces of your organization.

For a day in the war room with your whole leadership team, or for two years inside your meetings and decisions. Either way, we don't work from the sidelines.

05

You're willing to go first and sacrifice for the sake of the Kingdom.

This is 10x harder, messier, and often riskier. Your posture and desire to lead first is paramount.

Our honest approach

Who we aren't built for.

A path through tall grass, dividing where the land rises

Many faithful leaders believe the way a business honors God is to become profitable and generously fund churches, ministries, and nonprofits beyond its walls. We have deep respect for that conviction and know good people who hold it. There is no doubt this moves the Kingdom forward.

But that isn't why we exist. We believe God has entrusted you first with the people you lead — to lead radically, to serve sacrificially, to redeem work — so that people can experience the gospel.

If your goal is profit for the sake of giving it away, we'll cheer you on. We just aren't the right partner for it.

All five are true. Let's begin.

If these are true of you, let's start a conversation.
